Ferol Smith, MPA, serves as a Data Analyst for the City of Worcester since August 2022 and has been a Senior Quality Analyst at Audit Analytics since April 2015. With extensive experience in quality analysis and data management, Ferol Smith has developed reports and dashboards using PowerBI and Canva, conducted quality presentations, and supervised staff. Previous roles include overseeing financial audit data products at Audit Analytics, managing program budgets at Community Healthlink, Inc., and leading the Alternative Financial Loan Program at Easter Seals Massachusetts. Ferol Smith holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Health Care Management from Anna Maria College and has completed a Business Analytics Certificate from Cornell University.
