Zach Willard

Zach Willard has worked for three companies throughout their career. Zach started at SC Johnson & Son in 2004 as a Business Process & Technology Intern. In 2006, they moved to Northwestern Mutual, where they held various roles including Software Engineering Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Scrum Master and Business Analyst. In 2022, they joined Audit Sight Inc. as a Software Engineering Manager. Throughout their roles at Northwestern Mutual, they created experiences on the logged-in client experience, developed a strategy to reduce high priority open source security vulnerabilities, improved Change Beneficiary web experience and built a new summary page experience. At SC Johnson & Son, they were a Business Process & Technology Intern.

Zach Willard's education history includes a High School Diploma from Mukwonago High obtained in 2001, a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater obtained in 2005 with a field of study in Management Computer Systems / Business, and an MBA from UW-Milwaukee obtained in 2014 with a field of study in Information Technology. In addition, Zach Willard holds certifications from Microsoft (2021-22 Volunteer Badge obtained in April 2022), Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master I obtained in March 2014 and Professional Scrum Developer I obtained in November 2012), and Amazon Web Services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate obtained in December 2017).
