Simon O'Dell

Simon O'Dell has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 at Allianz Australia Limited as an Injury Coordinator, where they managed injured worker's return to work. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Oxley Insurance Brokers as a Claims Manager and Account Manager. At Gow-Gates Insurance Brokers, they served as an Assistant Team Manager specializing in various lines of insurance from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as an Account Manager at Whitbread Insurance Brokers, while also co-founding manner.io, where they served as Co-Founder and CEO until 2017. In the same year, they became a student at UTS Business School until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they provided insurtech advisory services at O'Dell Consulting. Additionally, they held various roles at Insurtech Australia, including COO & Co-founder, CEO & Co-founder, Chairperson & Co-Founder, and Advisor from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are an Investor and Director at AuditCover since 2020, and also serves as the Managing Director at Insurtech Gateway Australia since 2019.
