Andrii Yefimchuk

Andrii Yefimchuk has worked in various roles throughout their career. Andrii started in 2014 as a Sales Representative at Zoom Support. Andrii then transitioned to the position of Technical Support Specialist in 2015 and later became a Technical Supervisor from 2016 to 2017. Andrii further progressed to the role of Operational QA Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined 3Shape as a Customer Support Consultant and worked there until 2019. Currently, Andrii is employed at Auditdata as a Technical Support Specialist, starting from October 2019. Prior to their work at Zoom Support, they worked as a Merchandiser at FESKO Distribution from March 2014 to May 2014.

Andrii Yefimchuk has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from Rivne State Humanitarian University. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the same university, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In February 2016, Andrii achieved certification as an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.10 from the i·Klass Training Center.
