In 1994, they attended the NATO School - Oberammergau, completing a course in NATO Command and Control (C3). Furthermore, in 1996, Kent completed the Tactical Leadership Programme at NATO School. Returning to their educational pursuits in 2006, they attended IMD to study Sustaining High Performance. Switching their focus to Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2014, Kent engaged in CTO Strategic Leadership of Technology and Innovation. After a brief-term in 2018 at MIT Sloan School of Management to explore Artificial Intelligence's implications for business strategy, Kent concluded their academic journey in 2020, graduating as a Graduate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from MIT Sloan School of Management.
