With over twenty years of experience in the banking industry, Ryan has specialized in areas such as the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering. Previously, they served as Vice President of Compliance at Fresno First Bank and held various roles that reinforced their expertise in regulatory frameworks and risk assessment. Ryan earned a Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History from California State University, Fresno.
