Ben Snyman

Ben Snyman has extensive work experience in the field of occupational health and safety (OHS) and risk management. Ben has founded multiple companies and served in various leadership roles throughout their career.

In 2006, Snyman founded eCompliance, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise OHS management system. Ben led the company as President and CEO, focusing on creating technology-driven OHS products for organizations across Canada. Snyman believed in the importance of preventing workplace incidents and creating safe environments.

Prior to eCompliance, Snyman worked at ATB Financial as the General Manager of the Operational Risk Management Unit. Ben was responsible for implementing an operational risk-management framework and assessing the company's compliance record.
