Peter Spence

Peter Spence has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Peter began their career as a Business Owner at College Pro, where they managed a franchise and handled various responsibilities including marketing, sales, hiring, and safety management. After this, Peter worked as a Supervised Access Facilitator at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, ensuring visits and exchanges between individuals took place in a supervised environment.

Following that, Peter held teaching positions and designed custom-tailored curriculum at institutions such as the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, Columbia Language Institute, International Home School, and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. Peter also worked as a Language Consultant for organizations including J.W. Marriott and ANU Architecture Firm.

In 2011, Peter joined Workopolis as an Account Manager before it was acquired by Indeed. Peter then moved on to roles in sales and growth at eCompliance.com, Intelex Technologies Inc., and Enhesa, where they served as a Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise Account Manager, and Senior Global Account Manager, respectively. Most recently, Peter has worked as a VP of Sales & Growth at SafetyVantage and AuditSoft, where they focused on providing innovative solutions to improve OHS management and training.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated sales achievements, leadership skills, and a focus on improving risk management and compliance for organizations.

From 2002 to 2006, Peter attended McMaster University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Peace Studies.

In an unspecified time frame, Peter enrolled in The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University and obtained a Certificate in Sustainability Management and Enterprise Process Excellence, with a focus on Sustainability Management.
