Peter Spence

Peter Spence is an accomplished executive with more than 15 years of experience leading growth, partnerships, and market strategy across the regulatory technology, environmental health and safety (EHSQ), and compliance sectors. As Vice President of Sales & Growth AuditSoft, he oversees sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and support—driving adoption of digital solutions that advance occupational health and safety management, contractor prequalification, and compliance performance across Canada.

Prior to his current role, Peter held senior positions at Enhesa, Intelex Technologies, and eCompliance, where he built and led enterprise sales programs for global organizations seeking to improve risk management and sustainability outcomes. His leadership has contributed to major product launches, strategic acquisitions, and long-term partnerships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Earlier in his career, Peter gained operational and entrepreneurial experience as a franchise owner with College Pro (formerly Action Window Cleaning), managed client relationships at Workopolis, and spent several years in education and public service, including curriculum design roles in South Korea (Hankuk University of Foreign Studies) and program facilitation with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Peace Studies from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Education from Charles Sturt University, and certificates in Sustainability Management and Enterprise Process Excellence (Toronto Metropolitan University) and Digital Analytics (University of British Columbia). He also completed the Disney Institute’s Approach to Quality Service Program at McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business, focusing on service excellence and organizational leadership.
