Marcus Pasell

Marcus Pasell has a diverse work experience. Marcus began their career in 2010 as a Web Consultant for AwestruckDesign, where they were responsible for organizing, managing, and producing web design projects for local small businesses, utilizing PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In 2012, they were a Development Intern for The Nerdery. In 2013, they were a Researcher for C. Anderson Associates - Sales Executive Search. In 2014, they were a Development Intern for Hudl. In 2015 and 2016, they were a Software Development Engineer Intern for Microsoft. From 2017 to 2021, they have been a Software Engineer for Microsoft, where they have worked on the backend blockchain indexing and a REST API, and front-end web and mobile clients, using PostgreSQL, Flask, Python, React, and Typescript. Currently, they are a Software Engineer for Audius.

Marcus Pasell received their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science (Business Minor) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Cretin - Derham Hall from 2009 to 2013.
