Hash Riaz

Hash Riaz is currently the Innovation Manager at Audoo. Prior to this, they worked as a Jnr. Programme Manager at Abbey Road Studios, a Sound Technician at City & Islington College, and a Spatial Audio Researcher at Audio Lab. They also have experience as a Live-sound Engineer, working freelance from July 2012 to January 2017.

Hash's experience in the audio industry has been varied and impressive. They have worked with some of the most iconic and well-known brands in the music industry, and have been at the forefront of cutting-edge research and development in the field of spatial audio. Their work has been presented at prestigious conferences such as the AES 143rd Convention, and they show no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Hash is a highly skilled and experienced audio engineer with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the field. They are always looking for new and innovative ways to create immersive soundscapes and bring people closer to the music they love.

Hash Riaz has a Master’s Degree in MSc Audio and Music Technology from University of York as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in BMus Music Technology from Kingston University. Hash also attended Southend High School for Boys.

Hash Riaz reports to Ryan Edwards, Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Hash Riaz works with Glynn Gordon - Chief Operating Officer, Jess O’brien - Head of Creative Community, and Hollie Edwards - Head of Finance.
