Myles Cunningham

Myles Cunningham has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Myles began their career at Cortland Partners in 2009 as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions, a role they held until 2014. Myles then joined PEM Real Estate Group in 2014 as the Director of Acquisitions before transitioning to Audubon in 2016. At Audubon, Myles initially held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions, and in 2018 they were promoted to the Chief Investment Officer role, where they continue to serve.

Myles Cunningham obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Auburn University. Myles attended the university from 2004 to 2008.
