William Colaric

William (BJ) Colaric has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. William (BJ) is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Missing Link AI, where they play a key role in operational management. Previously, they worked as the Head of Business Development at AUG.global, where they led global business development efforts and pursued partnerships. Prior to that, Colaric held the position of Vice President at HaystaqDNA, a pioneering predictive analytics company, where they handled corporate and consumer business and led marketing and communication efforts. Additionally, they have experience as the President of 4 Wheel Drift Marketing, a consulting business specializing in automotive and luxury brands, and held multiple managerial positions at Jaguar Land Rover, including General Manager, Retail Marketing and General Manager, Retail Operations.

William (BJ) Colaric graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2000 with a BA degree, cum laude, in German, History, and Fine Arts. In 1998-1999, they studied at the University of Regensburg and obtained a Vordiplom degree in Kunstgeschichte (Art History). In 2010-2011, they attended the Cranfield School of Management for Executive Leadership Development. In 2019-2020, they pursued Digital Marketing at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they hold a Level II certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
