Michael Smith

Michael Smith's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director at STS Capital Partners, where they provide advisory services for sell-side transactions. Michael is also the Co-Founder of Augintel, a company they started in 2018. Prior to this, Michael was the Chairman of Linx Communications, a company that focuses on changing organizations' perception of the world and how the world sees them. Michael also co-founded Stewards of Change, a company with a mission to create sustainable improvements in systems of care by integrating solutions from various sectors. Michael has held the position of CMO at Miratech, where they helped organizations achieve their strategic IT goals. Michael also served as the CMO at National Business Capital, where they built and developed the company's internal marketing team. Additionally, Michael worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Topaz Lighting, assisting with the company's branding and promotional strategies. Michael began their career as the President & CEO of JRS Advertising.

Michael Smith attended Bentley University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing. Michael then pursued further education at Harvard Business School from 1999 to 2005, earning a President University degree in a variety of fields.
