Augment Resources is just as the name describes: we provide additional resources to augment organisations needing additional support. All our Augment Professionals are pre-approved by industry experts and thoroughly vetted by our resource team before being presented to clients. We can provide project oversight, regularly engage with all of our people and engender a culture of trust, support, and growth.

With offices across Australia, New Zealand and in Canada, Augment can provide resources for any period of time and can permanently place people, or deploy high calibre consultants and contractors quickly, utilising our extensive networks and our growing list of pre-approved professionals.

We have evolved with three key principles:

* High calibre people shouldn’t attract exorbitant margins.
* Industry experts know who other industry experts are going to love working with.
* A combination of industry expertise and executive search experience is unique to the market.

Founded in 2016, we have grown and tested our model steadily and are pleased to enjoy a large client and contractor base.

Become an Augment Professional - All of our Augment staff are vetted both by industry professionals and experienced executive search consultants. The process can be exhausting, but it’s worth it – once you’re part of the Augment family you can be guaranteed that you’ll be contacted every time there’s a suitable assignment. If you roll off a project we will do everything we can to ensure you’ve got something ready to go (subject to availability of suitable projects).

If you’re a procurement, supply chain, strategy or project management expert with experience particularly in local markets, we’d love to hear from you. We are open to speaking to people at all levels. Augment is deeply committed to equality and diversity and we welcome all applicants.
