Don Rasmusson

Don Rasmusson is an experienced professional in the fields of mechanical design and building information modeling, with a strong background in MEP applications engineering. Rasmusson held roles at CAD Technology Center as a Senior MEP Applications Engineer, where responsibilities included training and consulting on BIM processes, and at Daikin Applied Americas as Design & Drafting Manager ATS. Previously, Rasmusson served as BIM Leader and Mechanical Designer at Gilbert Mechanical Contractors, Inc. and worked as a Mechanical Designer and Building Information Modeler at General Sheet Metal. Rasmusson's early career involved managing security at Gluek’s Restaurant & Bar. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management and an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical/Architectural Design from Dunwoody College of Technology, as well as a Certificate of Completion in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education. Currently, Rasmusson is the Product Owner at Augmenta after serving as Product Manager for MEP Software at Ayres Associates, Inc.
