The consultation is where everything that matters happens: diagnoses, safety decisions, the moments that determine outcomes. But nothing truly understands it. What gets captured is documentation: a summary, typed up after the fact. Quality gets sampled. Feedback arrives too late. Risk is spotted in retrospect.

We're building something different. Technology that follows the clinical conversation as it unfolds. Tracking what's been explored, what's been missed, how the picture is evolving. Consultation state, not static text.

We're NHS GPs who write code. We know what a consultation actually feels like, and we know what gets lost.

We're starting with education and audit, where we can prove this works without putting anyone at risk. Real-time clinical support is where we're heading, but only once it's properly governed and explainable. No shortcuts. No understanding, no action.

Everything runs on UK infrastructure. We think British healthcare data should stay here.
