Kit Norman

Kit Norman is the Co-Founder & CEO of Augmentive, a company that offers tailored mental wellbeing support. Prior to this role, Kit worked as a Director at Mercury Labs, a tech company specializing in Machine Learning solutions, and as a Sales Manager at Sharps Pixley, a bullion broker. Kit also gained experience at Studio legale Villata, Degli Esposti e Associati during an Erasmus Placement. Kit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Bristol, and has pursued further education in Product Management at General Assembly and currently at Cambridge Judge Business School.
