Yiling Lam

Yiling Lam is currently a Human Resource & Operations Executive at Augmentus, where they focus on operational management. Previously, Yiling worked as a Cabin Crew member for Singapore Airlines from 2016 to 2024 and gained diverse skills through internships at Conrad Centennial Singapore in both the F&B and Front Office Divisions in 2013. They also served as an Admin Officer at A*STAR Biological Resource Centre from 2014 to 2016, handling accounts payable, procurement, and administrative matters, and were the Secretary for the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. In addition, Yiling was an Interior Design Consultant at Neu Konceptz from 2020 to 2022, where they specialized in space planning and project coordination.
