Ross Finman

Ross Finman is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in augmented reality and spatial computing. As the CEO and Founder of Augmodo since 2023, Finman is focused on enhancing inventory and supply chain data through innovative wearable camera technology. Previously, from January 2018 to June 2022, Finman served as GM of AR Headset and Founding AR Lead at Niantic, Inc., where strategic acquisitions and partnerships were executed to advance the company's augmented reality initiatives. Finman co-founded Escher Reality from 2016 to 2017, developing AR mapping technologies before its acquisition by Niantic. Prior experience includes research at MIT in augmented reality and robotics, internships at SpaceX and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and early work in robotics at Astrobotic. Finman holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Robotics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's Degree in Robotics and a BS in Computer Engineering. A minor in Venture Law was pursued at Harvard Law School.
