Lauri Paal

Lauri Paal has a long history of experience in the corporate world. Starting in 2001, they were a Service & Operations senior manager at Tele2. In 2006, they moved to Skype as a Director of Carrier Relations. Two years later, they were promoted to Director of Telecom Services, where they were responsible for a budget of over $300 million. In 2013, they were promoted again to Director of Business Development at Microsoft, where they were in charge of leading corporate global Skype for Business & Skype product business development teams. In 2017, they joined KNEIP as Chief Product Officer, where they were responsible for fund data management and compliance, working with leading investment banks globally, leading product management and growth, and serving as a board member of Kneip. In 2020, they became a Non Executive Director at Augnet, and in 2021, they became a Co-Founder at Impactly.
