Noam Omer

Noam Omer has a diverse work experience in the field of algorithms, research, and teaching. Starting in 2013, they worked as an Algorithm QA Engineer at Paieon Medical. In 2014, they transitioned to DSP Algorithm Team Leader at BSP Biological Signal Processing, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they also served as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, Noam began working as an Academic Lecturer at Tel Aviv University and concurrently started their PhD program as a Researcher. They continued their research work until the present, while also taking on the role of Senior Algorithms Developer at Augury starting in 2022. In between, Noam worked as a Research Scientist at BeyondMinds from 2019 to 2020 and as a Machine Learning & Signal Processing Expert at BestBrain from 2020 to 2021.

Noam Omer is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Tel Aviv University, pursuing a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2017, Noam completed a Master's Degree in the Biomedical Engineering Department at Tel Aviv University, specializing in Bio-Signal Processing & Bio-Impedance. Noam's undergraduate studies took place from 2009 to 2013, also at Tel Aviv University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Signal Processing.
