Ron Gabay

Ron Gabay has a diverse work experience in innovation, design thinking, and venture creation. Ron is currently the Director of Customer Journey at Augury. In 2019, they worked as an Innovation & Design Thinking Consultant and Strategic Advisor at Joy Ventures, where they were responsible for managing venture creation activities and identifying opportunities. From 2017 to 2020, they served as an Innovation & Design Thinking Expert at the Center for Creative Leadership. Additionally, they have worked as a Guest Lecturer at the University of the Arts London and the AMD Akademie Mode & Design, teaching strategic design, innovation, and design thinking. Ron has also worked as a Senior Strategic Designer at heycar and an Innovation Consultant at Whiteboard Service Design Thinking. Early in their career, they founded Rocket - Sustainable Subway Spaces, a venture that aimed to transform old subway trains into creative and sustainable spaces.

Ron Gabay has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Humber College, which they achieved from 2008 to 2012. Ron then pursued further education at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 2016 to 2018.
