Kate Cook

Kate Cook has extensive experience in finance and corporate services, serving as a Partner at August Equity from April 2015 to April 2022. Prior to that role, Kate was an Assistant Director in the Transaction Services department at Deloitte from July 2005 to March 2015, where responsibilities included providing financial due diligence to clients in both corporate and private equity sectors. Additionally, Kate held the position of Assistant Manager in Corporate Audit, managing the statutory audit process for various companies listed on FTSE and AIM, as well as privately owned firms. Kate began the career with a summer internship at Deloitte, rotating between audit and tax. Kate holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
