Pete Lyons

Pete Lyons is an Investment Director at August Equity, specializing in mid-market private equity investments in the B2B services and technology sectors. Currently, they are involved with companies such as Air IT and the Superbia Group, while also managing a regional focus on the Midlands and Manchester. Before joining August Equity, Pete spent eight years at Primary Capital, participating in numerous transactions, and previously worked at PwC for nine years in various roles, including audit and corporate finance. Pete is a dedicated Aston Villa fan and occasionally assists in the family butcher and bakery business in the Midlands.
