Jacque Patterson

Jacque Patterson is the EVP of Employee Engagement at August Jackson. Jacque has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development.

Jacque Patterson began their career in 2001 as the VP of Director of Operations at Jack Morton Worldwide. In this role, they oversaw the company's operations and was responsible for its HR functions.

In 2011, Patterson joined OMD (An Omnicom Agency) as the Regional Director of HR for the Midwest. In this role, they were responsible for the company's HR strategy and implementation. Jacque also sat on the U.S. HR leadership team for the Omnicom Media Group holding company.

In 2013, Patterson joined ACT Assessment Technologies as the VP of Talent Strategy. In this role, they oversaw all talent and cultural aspects of ACT Assessment Technologies, a division within ACT dedicated to identifying and managing the acquisition of educational technology organizations.

In 2018, Patterson joined Slalom as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. In this role, they worked with a large health care client on a transformation project, primarily focused on organizational design and organizational culture initiatives.

Jacque Patterson completed their Master of Science at Northwestern University in Learning and Organizational Change and went on to earn their Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Iowa in Human Resources / International Business. Jacque also holds certification from Northwestern University in Designing for Organizational Effectiveness Certificate (Design Thinking), from the Center for Creative Leadership in Benchmark 360, from Marshall Goldsmith in Stakeholder Centered Coaching, from Myers-Briggs Instructor in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in Everything DiSC.
