Vershima "V" Blomquist is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in both military and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Splunk Security Engineer at August Schell since May 2021, Vershima has previously held various critical roles in the United States Air Force from March 2011 to August 2023, including Senior Cyber Threat Analyst, NCOIC Cyber Branch, Exploitation Analyst, and Network Analyst. Vershima's training encompasses comprehensive cyber warfare techniques, computer network defense, exploitation, and malware analysis. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Cyber Security Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from American Military University, and an Associate's degree in Intelligence Studies and Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
