Jillian Pompa

Jillian Pompa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jillian began their career as an intern at Scheer Partners in 2009 and stayed with the company until 2012. In 2013, Jillian took on the role of Sales and Marketing Intern at The Bozzuto Group and later worked as a Property Management Intern at CBRE. Additionally, they served as a Marketing Intern and Campus Liaison at University Frames, Inc. In 2014, Jillian worked as a Sales and Marketing Associate and then as an Assistant Property Manager at Bozzuto. Moving forward, in 2015, they joined Community Brands as an Account Executive - K12, where they worked until 2020. During their time at Community Brands, they gained extensive knowledge in empowering associations, nonprofits, and schools through purpose-built technology. In 2020, Jillian transitioned to SchoolPass as an Account Executive and later joined Community Brands once again in 2021. At Community Brands, they held positions as a Senior Account Manager - Ravenna and as Team Lead, Account Management K12. Lastly, in 2023, Jillian started working at August Schools as an Account Executive.

Jillian Pompa attended the University of Maryland from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication, with a focus on General Communication.
