I-An Chen

I-An is the Head of Investor Relations based in Augusta’s London office. She leads Augusta’s capital raising, investor engagement and client services. She works closely with senior management to shape and execute the firm’s capital strategy, new fund formation and strategic initiatives.

I-An is a cross-border business development and M&A specialist, with extensive experience in raising capital and structuring partnerships for companies in the energy, infrastructure and technology sectors. Prior to joining Augusta, she held various positions at Aquila Capital, KPMG, Morgan Stanley and an international advisory startup.

I-An holds a BsC from National Chengchi University and an MA from the University of Warwick.
