Andy Sun

Andy Sun has over 18 years of work experience in quality management. Andy started their career as a Process Quality Engineer at Compeq Manufacturing, where they focused on improving process quality and conducting PCB failure analysis. After that, they worked at Bao Shi Kang as a Supplier Quality Supervisor, leading a team in implementing SQM strategies and driving supplier corrective actions. Andy then joined Würth Elektronik Group as a Supplier Quality Manager, handling customer quality complaints and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. At DaLiu, Andy served as a Supplier Quality Manager, deploying quality policies and targets to contract manufacturers and monitoring their quality performance. Andy also worked at Philips Lighting as an Outsourced Operation Manager, responsible for deploying company strategies, managing operational performance, and facilitating communication between internal partners and manufacturers in China. Andy later joined Etekcity as the Director of Quality, where they developed quality strategies, built a quality team, and managed product quality throughout the life cycle. Currently, they are the Head of Quality at AUKEY, where their responsibilities include creating quality strategies, building a quality team, and managing end-to-end quality for various business models. Overall, Andy Sun has consistently demonstrated their expertise in quality management and has contributed significantly to improving product quality and customer satisfaction in all their roles.

Andy Sun attended Tsinghua University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Engineering Management degree in Industrial Engineering. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they studied at Wuhan University of Technology and obtained two Bachelor's degrees. The first degree was in Material Science and Technology, and the second degree was in Business Management.
