Billy Mills has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Billy began their career in 1973 as an Inspector at the Architect of the Capitol, where they worked until 1979. From 1979 to 1982, Billy worked as a Materials Testing professional at Law Engineering. Billy then joined Engineering and Technical Consultants, Inc. as a Waterproofing Consultant from 1982 to 1984. Billy then worked at The Haskell Company as an Assistant Project Manager from 1984 to 1986. Following this, they worked at Schaub Communities as a Project Manager from 1987 to 1989. Billy returned to The Haskell Company as a Project Manager from 1989 to 1992. Their most recent position was at Auld & White Constructors, LLC, where they held the roles of Senior Project Manager from 1992 to the present and Community Relations Manager starting in an unspecified month in 2014.
