Business Development Manager - Public Sector at Auld & White Constructors

Cindy Reis has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Cindy currently works as a Business Development Manager in the Public Sector at Auld & White Constructors, LLC since October 2018. Prior to this, they operated their own company, Reis Solutions LLC, where they worked as a Construction Management Consultant and served as a Relocation Director for Coldwell Banker Premier Properties. During their time at Reis Solutions, they managed a referral-based network of 50 relocation agents and significantly increased sales volume.

Cindy also has relevant experience in project management from their time at the PGA TOUR, where they served as a Project Manager. Cindy was responsible for managing a $67 million project involving the renovation of a golf course, construction of a clubhouse, and additional buildings. Cindy oversaw the entire construction process, ensuring compliance with regulations and contract requirements.

Additionally, Cindy has held the position of Chief Estimator/Safety Coordinator at Beck Building Company. In this role, they managed a team and developed construction bids for luxury homes in various locations. Cindy also played a crucial role in establishing project parameters and evaluating new construction products.

Before their career in the private sector, Cindy served for six years in the US Navy as a Lieutenant in the Civil Engineer Corps. During their time in the Navy, they were stationed in Yokosuka, Japan, and Honolulu, Hawaii. Cindy received an honorable discharge and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for their work on a long-range facilities plan.

Cindy Reis brings a wealth of experience in business development, project management, construction consulting, and the military to their current role as a Business Development Manager.

Cindy Reis earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, completing their studies between 1978 and 1982.
