Vinay M S has a diverse range of experience in human resources and administration. Vinay started their career at Spectrum Tool Engineers Pvt Ltd as a Trainee in HR, where they learned the basics of statutory compliances. Vinay then moved on to Toyota Kirloskar Motor, where they served as an Officer in HR, focusing on employee communication and negotiations with union representatives. Vinay then joined Brady Corporation as a Senior Executive in HR, where they were responsible for HR operations in the plant, including competency framework development and employee engagement activities. Vinay then moved on to Anglo-French Drugs & Industries Ltd, where they held roles as a Senior Manager and Deputy General Manager in HR, overseeing various HR initiatives such as learning culture development, field force effectiveness enhancement, and long-term settlement with trade unions. Currently, Vinay is serving as the Head of Human Resource Management at AUMA Group, responsible for HR management, organizational development, employee relations, and general administration functions.

Vinay M S began their education at Good Shepherd International School in Ootacamund from 1981 to 1986. Vinay then attended St. Joseph's Primary & High School in Mysore from 1986 to 1993. After completing their primary and secondary education, they enrolled at Mahajanas Pre-University College in Mysore from 1993 to 1996 to pursue a Pre-University degree with a focus on PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology). Subsequently, from 1996 to 1999, Vinay attended the University of Mysore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management (B.B.M) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Advertisement, Business Communication, Finance & Accounting, and Statistics. Lastly, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations at the University of Mysore.
