Christopher Rivard

Christopher Rivard is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software implementation and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Engineer and Support Specialist at Aumentum Technologies since January 2020, Christopher actively supports Aumentum users and has contributed to the implementation of Aumentum solutions in California, Minnesota, and CustomCAMA in Maryland. Prior to this role, Christopher spent over 13 years at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Support Specialist, and earlier, worked as an IT Specialist with a focus on web technologies at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where Christopher earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from 1994 to 1999.
