Josh Dean

Josh Dean has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2004 as a REALTOR® at Eastland Properties, Inc. Josh then moved into web design roles at Eastland Properties, Inc. and Interbank FX from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Josh worked as a Product Designer at a la mode, inc. Josh then became the Digital & User Experience Lead at Saxton | Horne from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Josh took on the role of Director of User Experience at The Other Firm. In 2015, they co-founded TinyTorch before transitioning to Head of Product & Design at Homie from 2015 to 2020. Most recently, Josh has held the positions of Head of Product Design at Aumni and Vice President, Head of Product Design at J.P. Morgan since 2021 and 2023 respectively.

Josh Dean received their BA in English from the University of Utah in 2006. Josh later obtained an MPS in Marketing & Public Relations from the University of Denver in 2014. Prior to their university studies, they attended Olympus High School from 1997 to 2000.
