Andrei Son

Andrei Son is currently the Country Innovation Manager and Head of AI Transformation at AUMOVIO, where they lead the AI Transformation agenda, promoting an AI-first mindset and guiding its impact on workforce and operating models. Previously, Andrei held key roles at Continental, including Head of Research and Advanced Engineering AI Romania, and served as a Senior Account Manager at SIVECO Romania. Earlier in their career, Andrei worked as a Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at e-concept, managing significant accounts and contributing to various projects. They hold multiple degrees in Computer Science and Automation Computer Science from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara. Andrei has also been a founding member of Club Toastmasters Timisoara.
