Benoit Bauer

Benoit Bauer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Quality & Technical Compliance at AUMOVIO, beginning in September 2025, where Benoit oversees global quality and technical compliance as well as the Project Management Office. Prior to this role, Benoit held significant positions at Continental from January 2022 to April 2025, including Senior Vice President of Quality Automotive and Vice President of Quality, Project Management, Sustainability and Segment Asia within the Business Area User Experience. His responsibilities included defining and implementing global strategies for quality and project management and managing global P&L for various key Asian customers. Benoit began his career at SIEMENS VDO Automotive, where Benoit worked as a Project Manager from May 1999 to September 2003. Benoit holds degrees in Thermal Machines and Engines from both Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique and Technische Universität Berlin.
