Florian Stein

Florian Stein is the Managing Director Plant Kaunas and Head of Country Lithuania at AUMOVIO, a position held since September 2025, after previously serving in the same role at Continental from February to September 2025. Prior to this, Florian held the title of Senior Production Manager at Northvolt between July and January 2025. Florian's extensive career at Continental spanned from October 2002 to June 2024, where roles included Head of HW Solutions in the Components Business for Autonomous Mobility and Head of various departments related to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Florian holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (BA) in Nachrichtentechnik from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and a Diploma in Management from the German Graduate School of Management and Law gGmbH.
