Tom Schaffer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the lighting and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering - Lighting at AUMOVIO since September 2025, Schaffer previously held the position of Head of LCU Engineering - Americas at Continental from October 2021 to September 2025. Prior to that, Schaffer was the Engineering Director-Americas and Managing Director-Mexico at ams OSRAM from July 2018 to October 2021. Schaffer also worked at Continental from March 2008 to July 2018 as NA Engineering Director for Body Controls, Lighting, and Trailer Brake Modules. Schaffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Lawrence Technological University.
