Lucia Chipoco

Lucia Chipoco is an experienced professional in sustainability and corporate communication with a career spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as Gerente de Sostenibilidad y Comunicación Corporativa at Auna since September 2020, Lucia leads strategic corporate communication processes and oversees corporate sustainability initiatives. Previously, Lucia held the position of Jefa de Desarrollo Sostenible at Alicorp, where the design and implementation of a sustainability strategy were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Analista de desarrollo sostenible at Backus, Grants Coordinator at Plan International Perú, and International Cooperation Specialist at DEVIDA, each contributing to extensive experience in project management and stakeholder engagement. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a specialized program in social responsibility from Universidad ESAN, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
