Auntie is a Canadian nonprofit dedicated to advancing menstrual equity through education, access, and community care. We believe menstrual health is essential health. Yet for many individuals, access to menstrual products, accurate education, and supportive spaces remains limited due to stigma, cost, and systemic inequities. Auntie exists to change that.

Through community-led initiatives, educational programming, and partnerships, we work to improve access to menstrual products, deliver inclusive, evidence-based menstrual health education. We aim to reduce stigma through conversation, advocacy, and care-centered community spaces

Our work is grounded in dignity, compassion, and lived experience. We prioritize equity-driven solutions that meet people where they are and center the voices of those most impacted by menstrual injustice. Auntie collaborates with schools, community organizations, brands, and institutions to build sustainable, impactful solutions for menstrual health and equity across Canada.

Because menstrual care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
