Immo Salonen

Immo Salonen is the Chief Executive Officer of Auntie, where they are building a more sustainable working life by empowering people to take care of their mental health. They held leadership roles across SaaS start-ups and global companies, including Managing Director for Finland & Baltics at LINK Mobility Group (2020–2023) and sales leadership positions at giosg (2014–2016; Global Sales Director, Financial Services Sector, 2018) and at TietoEVRY (Sales Director, Customer Experience Management, 2019–2020). They were a board member at Digital Forum Finland from 2023 to 2025. They are a co-founder of asiakaspalvelukokemus.fi (2018–Present). They earned an LLM and MBA in European and International Law from Maastricht University (2008–2010).
