Based at the American University of Phnom Penh, the AUPP Technology Center (ATC) serves as a dynamic hub that brings together youth, startups, SMEs, investors, tech companies, academia, and government under one roof. Its mission is to foster a vibrant digital innovation ecosystem in Cambodia by supporting the growth of tech startups, expanding access to quality digital education, attracting global tech investment, and strengthening public-private collaboration. From incubator and accelerator programs to local and international investment pipelines, ATC is where Cambodia’s brightest ideas take root and scale worldwide.
