Shamala David

Shamala David is a dedicated CX and digital growth hacker, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Auptimate. Previously, Shamala held various roles, including Senior Customer Success Manager at Scantist, where efforts focused on securing modern applications and community building. With a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University, Shamala has also contributed significantly to women’s empowerment initiatives as Director of Events and Logistics for Curtin Singapore Women In Business. Noteworthy projects include launching the 'gov.sg' secured government communications product in Singapore and collaborating with prominent brands like Dell and Unilever on Hackathon programs.
