Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate finance and corporate development fields over the past 20 years. In 2000, they began their career as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Arthur Andersen. Chris then moved to William Blair and Company in 2002 as an Analyst. In 2004, they joined Dymas Capital | Cerberus Capital as a Vice President. In 2007, they became a Vice President at Arsenal Capital Partners, where they led analysis and evaluation of new investment opportunities across sectors in the middle-market, led all debt-related transactions firm-wide, and was a member of the Board of Directors on three portfolio companies. In 2009, they were appointed EVP, Corporate Development at Tempo Financial Holdings Corporation | i-transfer, where they led the development and management of i-transfer's global payment distribution network, managing a global team located in five countries, and led all M&A activity, including acquisitions in Europe, North America and South America. In 2011, they co-founded Uncubed and served as the Operating Director and Chief Executive Officer. In 2021, Recruiter.com (NASDAQ: RCRT) acquired the technology services businesses of Uncubed, and Chris Johnson joined Recruiter.com as SVP, Marketplace to lead the transition of Uncubed's Technology Solutions business. Chris also currently serves as CFO & Head of Corp Dev at Aura Home, Inc. and as an Advisor at Uncubed.

Chris Johnson attended the University of Iowa, where they earned a BBA and BA in English and Finance, respectively.
