Scott Milstein has a diverse work experience in product development, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Scott started their career as a Consultant at China Link Consulting in Shanghai in 1996. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Marketing & Operations Manager at mondus.com. In 2000-2001, Milstein was the Director of China Operations at Youthstream Media Networks. Scott then co-founded Sourcery, a product development and manufacturing agency, where they served as the Head of Product Development & Manufacturing from 2002 to 2011.
Milstein's most notable role was at Villency, where they were the SVP Product Development & Manufacturing. Scott acted as the Head Product Strategist for Peloton's founding team and led various product hardware initiatives, including industrial design, mechanical design, sourcing, and quality control. Scott managed teams in both Asia and the USA and played a crucial role in launching Peloton's iconic spin bike and range of accessories.
Currently, Milstein is the Head of Product Development, Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Aura Frames, a position they have held since 2015.
Scott Milstein attended Bard College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies. In addition, they spent a semester in 1995 at the Harbin Institute of Technology, focusing on Mandarin and Business studies.
