Susan Vinal

Susan Vinal is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in both consulting and strategic HR leadership. From 2021 to 2023, they served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Smart HR, Inc, managing client relationships and conducting compliance audits. Prior to that, Susan was Vice President of Human Resources at Euclid Technology, where they played a key role in growing the company from a $1M startup to a $150M entity. They have also held significant positions such as Legislative Director at American Humane and Legislative Assistant in the United States Senate. Currently, Susan is the Human Resources Director at AURA Network Systems, where they focus on aligning HR strategies with the organization's goals. They are pursuing a Master of Arts in American History at The University of Texas at Austin while holding a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
