Founded by Jo Loly and Terri Pugh, we are a community built to empower working women to thrive- both in their careers and personal lives. Our mission is to provide networking opportunities, peer support and practical resources that make balancing work and life not just possible, but sustainable.
Through events, mentorship and shared experiences, we create a safe and inspiring space where women can connect, learn and grow together.
Whether you are navigating career challenges, seeking balance, or looking to expand your professional network, we're here to support you every step of the way.
OUR FOCUS:
Work-life balance strategies
Networking and collaboration
Mentorship and shared knowledge
Empowering women in all stages of their careers.

Join us to connect with like minded women who believe that success does not have to come at the expense of balance.
