Leanne Baker is an independent board member and consultant with over 25 years of experience in the metals and mining and financial industries. They specialized in commodity research in the 1980s, equity research in the 1990s, and served as President & CEO of Sutter Gold Mining Inc. from November 2011 to June 2013.
