Stan Day

Stan Day is the CEO and co-founder of AuraSide. Stan has over 10 years of experience in software engineering and has worked with some of the most popular web technologies including React, Redux, Webpack, and Typescript. Prior to AuraSide, Stan was a senior software engineer at both enhance.com and WhenYouMove. At enhance.com, they were responsible for building out a modern alternative to cPanel with cutting edge web technology. Stan also led the introduction of Typescript across the board and championed a component-first approach to project delivery. At WhenYouMove, they led the build of the new QuickQuote mortgage widget and the new WhenYouMove property transaction platform. Stan also built an efficient Node service for widget configs, reducing load by 3 seconds. In addition to their work at WhenYouMove, they also introduced consistent and solid usage of flow typing on multiple projects, led the hiring of new Frontend team members, and mentored less senior members of the Frontend team. Before their work at WhenYouMove, Stan was a software engineer at Turtle Entertainment where they worked on various projects for ESL - Turtle Entertainment.
