Eric Elbert - Mba

Eric Elbert has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Eric is currently the Director of IT at Aura since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at RP Technology LLC as a Managing Principal and Head of IT from 2017 onwards. Eric also served as the Sr. Infrastructure Manager - Americas at HID Global in 2016. Before that, they were the Infrastructure Manager at CLEAResult from 2014 to 2015. Eric has also worked at Deloitte as a Manager/Sr. Engineer and IT Manager from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they held various roles at BLACKHAWK Management Corporation, including Director of IT Services, Operations Manager, and Lead Engineer, from 2005 to 2011. Eric started their career as a Systems/Network Engineer in the United States Army from 1996 to 2003. Eric holds an MBA degree and certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Information Systems Security (CISSP). Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in reducing operational expenses, optimizing workflows, and building and maintaining data centers with high uptime.

Eric Elbert has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Eric has earned certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in 2013, and as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2 in 2007.
